Nothing looks better on black than chrome. But if you really want black on black - I would see if you can get them powder coated black chrome. I think it will just look a lil better. Make the wheels stand out a bit. On a side note, what are you paying per wheel to get powder coated. I have a set of winter wheels I wanna get done.

I dunno if im too big into the whole black on black with saleen rims. I like the "black chrome" look that just looks a little darker than the silver. I love black bullitt rims, but dont know how the saleen would look. Ive seen the black saleens on a silver saleen and it looked mean as hell. Maybe it will look great on the black stang as well.

Since I can't seem to figure out how to post actual photos, try this link for some pics of the car:

Car looks sweet! What hood scoop is that? I know there are 2 types the 35th Anniversary and the 01-up. Just curious cause I need to ad one to my stang.

I believe it is the 01+. I have a 2000, but the previous owner changed the hood.

i have 18x9 y2ks silver..and will powder coat them glossy metallic black..BLACK ON BLACK, baby!! cost ranges from $45-$75. im going to check out each one to see which black shade i want and get them powdercoated...no offense, but bullit wheels look like flower wheels to me...too curvey...i like the boyd coddington smoothie II better.. more sharper look but very costly!!

I think black wheels on a black car look very aggressive and it is a little different cause most people have chrome or aluminum colored wheels.
