Hey, just wanted to warn anyone who may be in NC around the coast, especially since we have a military base close, about 2 terrible dealerships. Cella Ford by far being the worse of the 2. I went in to attempt to trade my 02 GT on an 03 Mach 1.... Found one in Virginia at a dealership with 8k miles for an excellent price of $17k... Cella supposedly ran my credit for it and I was denied and capped at $16k, no prob, $1k down would do it...... Called my bank and the guy who was getting the Mach for me didn't even run for the 17k but instead attempted to process 3 different Mach 1's, all of them being over $25k and one even over $30k! Then he calls my house after hours and tries to ask my girlfriend out lol I swear to GOD! Not to mention he took my paycheck stub he used to submit to the banks and SHREDDED it instead of giving it back to me. Last name is Giovanni... we had words :-) Needless to say he shouldn't be working there now.

Also, Dick Parker Ford Service Dept has NO idea what the hell they're doing. My blower motor resistor went out on my 02 so I went in to buy the part and the guy said that my car didn't come with them, then I mentioned I was having problems with my pass. side seatbelt, that it had gotten stuck and wondered if it was covered under warranty. He told me that Ford has a 7yr/30k mile warranty on safety equipment then quoted me over $200 to fix it not including the $80 seatbelt! lol......

Morehead City Ford did me right though, I went in and they gave me the part quickly and we had a good laugh at Dick Parker Fords "excellent technicians". Then they looked up the warranty and there is a 5yr/50k mile warranty on safety equipment. I think it should be unlimited as they did also, but everything worked out.

Anyways, just a tip for anyone who may have to deal with these people around the coast.
