Default exhaust or Tuner

right now all i have done to my car is flowmaster cat-back, and an K&N air filter. i know the tuner will be more expensive will it be better than just getting o/r h-pipes cause i think some of my cats are going bad. today i made some homemade MIL eliminators but i think i but them on backwards soo they didn't work i'm checking it out tomorow. and just keep reseting my computer when i have the chance. but really which would be better a tuner or new pipes??? and on the tuner which one Diablo or SCT??
thanks

you have nothing really done to your car, so a tuner isnt going to do much. get the exhaust...

ok thanks, but the question is which sounds better? i know that the performance of O/R pipes really won't have that big of a diff.

i wouldnt buy that. you have to weld those. go buy something from americanmuscle.com that just bolts on without welding. prochampers sound pretty good.
