you know what I never understood...
Is why in the hell did they make the eclipse and the talon nearly the same exact car for every year?
Like, acuras have honda engines, right? But do they look like hondas? No. They're a little uglier. I just dont understand.
The fact of the matter is the 99-04 GT's(stock) vs the 06+ Eclipse "GT"(stock) has less hp and less tq and weighs more. Now commen sense will tell you the power to weight ratio is in favor of the mustang. just my .02

I could care less to see to stock vs stock run at the track.That all comes down to the drivers... I have seen a 600rwhp cobra run a high 13 at the track. My point is a car that weighs more and makes less power is not going to be faster then a car that has more hp/tq and weighs less. Its called power to weight ratio.
