need so help

i just spent three hours looking for a catted mac h pipe for my sixer and i can find one any ware. if any of you guys know a place that sells them could you please link it to me thank you.

thats because there is no such thing as a H pipe for a sixer since the sixer is a Y pipe. You use h pipes that are under GT's which basically means you are taking out your Y pipe and replacing it with a new midpipe

EDIT: Another thing you can do is take it to a shop and they will make a custom h pipe for you otherwise take whatever you buy to a shop and they will modify it so it will work with your car.

Dave04Mustang 08-12-2007 07:30 PM

ah you will have to go with another company then. MAC only does o/r

pony power1 08-12-2007 07:32 PM

o i dident know that what would you suggest.

Dave04Mustang 08-12-2007 07:36 PM

I might be wrong on this but if you don't want o/r I'm pretty sure you almost have to go X pipe. I think BBK has a cat h pipe but I've never heard it so I wouldn't know what to tell you on that one

pony power1 08-12-2007 07:37 PM

o well thanks for the help maybe some one els will know.

Dave04Mustang 08-12-2007 07:59 PM

nope you need the midpipe

pony power1 08-12-2007 08:01 PM

see thats the thing there should be a mac h pipe for that because its a cat- back.

Dave04Mustang 08-12-2007 08:04 PM

you can always buy that adapter kit from AM or have a shop custom make something and then you could use that system

pony power1 08-12-2007 08:06 PM

yeah i could but i don't want do that if i don't have to

v6'stang 08-12-2007 08:28 PM

ya don't need a midpipe for a sixxer. or ya don't for the 99-04 sixxers. but the older ones should be the same firing order. unless ur gonna be pumping serious HP out or ya like the sound of it, no sense in blowin' the money on one.

pony power1 08-12-2007 08:40 PM

i just want it for the sound right now. i have a 2000 sixer so this http://www.macperformance.com/store/...Product_ID=308 will fit when if i cut of my stock y pipe?

pony power1 08-13-2007 04:34 PM
