Default Car stalled on me last night

First time taking the car out for awhile and what happens.... it shuts off while turning a corner. I popped the hood to see what was going on. I was getting fuel but i wasnt sure about the spark. I checked my fuses and found one blowed. I replaced it and as soon as i turned the key to the run position... the fuse blew again. Looked under the dash and had several fuses blew in there too. I ended up having to get it towed.

Any ideas.....

good luck on that, seems like a couple people have had fuse problems this week!...

Atleast u weren't hurt makin that turn, I've had our old Boneiville turn off (including power steering) while I was goin 55 and makin a sharp turn, wow, that was kinda scary, and it would randomly shut off while driving, took them like 5 tries to figure out which sensor was messed up...

Just checked everything out and put a new 30 amp maxi fuse at location 26 which is for the PCM. I turned the key and it blew immediately. I dont see any loose wires, i removed all fuses to my sound system and checked the starter. I dont know what to do next.

Any ideas, fellas.

Woo Hoo. Found the problem. The wire loom leading to the maf had worn into sharp edges of the air box opening in the fenderwell. I just twisted the loom away from the wires that was touching the metal, put in a new fuse and it started right up.

Now its on to the installs.

If you pinched a wire from the MAF, when you were re-attaching the new bumper, and its grounding out somewhere, that is the biggest thing. If all your fog-lights, headlights, side-markers..etc come on correctly, you can rule those out.

When you turn the key to "ON" position, a relay kicks in, and 12Volts is sent to that circuit with the 30AMP fuse you are blowing........

TRIPLE check all of the wires along the MAF wiring, PEEL back the Wire-loom if you have to and look for any possible places that a wire could be grounding out. That's more than likely your culprit...

The starter will still turn over, but there won't be any fuel/spark at all ...
