My brakes were TOAST even back when I did my gear install...
Look what papas got now. I need to get some rear rotors, but I got the entire package here. 10th anniversary front and rear, oem brembos up front, and stainless lines.
:devil2:

I gotta go get some nice brake fluid and some rear rotors. Ill be waiting till it warms up to the 50s so I can take it out.

i hope they stop better to...

it would be dumb for me to get them cause when i really slam my antilocks... they start to "slip up" so the tire dont lock... lol...

props

I would love to know this answer too. Nothing worse than orange rotors.

seriously..
I had my rear brake done back in the summer....(new rotors, pads that the shop supplied) right now the rotors RUSTY COLORED except for the actual surface for the pads. Its Ugly ass hell....
I will be putting on my black rims soon...and imma be annoyed with the rust rotor behind them.....
im thinking about buying new rotors for the rear, and i would like to know what rotors do NOT rust at all ....do the OEM brembo rotrs rust at all???????

anyone?

whitethunder46 02-09-2006 01:04 PM

Yea, the OEM GT rotors definately will rust. I'm sure the Brembo's would not rust, and if they do you can get a zinc coating on top which will keep them looking like new.
